Virtual Wellness Retreat
How often do you put yourself first and really look after YOU?
It's a stressful world we're living in right now....
Here at SlimFit we thought it would be great to come together for a 1 day retreat and experience fabulous classes, talks, fabulous food and drink and all be together in a luxurious location......but sadly we can't do that this year due to Covid! So, we've taken all the sessions and all the talks - the whole concept - to a virtual retreat and we're really excited to present this to you now. So, with that in mind, we're kicking off our first Virtual Wellness Retreat (and kicking off our shoes and socks) with some great ME time activities:

A big thank you for putting together the Virtual Wellness Retreat! It was an interesting and informative afternoon.
I enjoyed it all, but particularly liked working on Health Goal Setting and the Wheel of Life-- useful tools in helping to keep on track with maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The section on Flexible Fascia was interesting too -- I am going to read up more about that, and the Stretch and Meditation to finish with was excellent! All in all a very beneficial afternoon!

The virtual Wellness Retreat was a lovely treat. While we can't visit spas, it's the next best thing!
