Louise Oliver

Louise owns and manages SlimFit Oxford and SlimFit Anytime. Since August 2005 she has helped thousands of people to lose weight, become fitter and improve their health through healthy eating, exercise and wellbeing strategies. Originally working alongside Rosemary Conley and running the Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs in Oxford, she then went on to form SlimFit Oxford in 2014. Louise is passionate about helping people to look, feel and move better having lost over 7 stones herself and she genuinely cares about each and every person in her classes and on her courses. Louise is also a national award winning presenter on Radio Cherwell, with her daily show 'Healthy Hits', so listen in for more healthy tips! Louise has all the relevant qualifications and certifications for all the classes and courses she offers and regularly updates her skills.
